On November 8, 2021, Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Rae Kwon Chung will give a lecture on the issue of achieving carbon neutrality and the impact of the goal set by the Council of Europe to achieve a zero balance of greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 (Net Zero Emissions 2050) on economic growth. Rae Kwon Chung will present his vision on whether the goal of achieving carbon neutrality is a barrier or an opportunity to achieve sustainable economic growth.
